B.E. Shields was founded by Theresa Ibbetson after extensive traveling through Europe during most of her formative years. A graduate from the celebrated fashion design program at College Lasalle in Montreal, Quebec, Ibbetson now calls Toronto home. It is here where B.E. SHIELDS was born.
